Where ideas begin.

Rain falls on the studio window. A phone call beckons. An architect steps outside—not to escape the weather, but to enter it.

This film follows a single walk through the city and into the park, where inspiration hides in plain sight: a puddle reflecting a water-inspired facade, a poppy cradled gently becomes a rooftop canopy and seating below, a dandelion seed head lifts on the morning breeze and transforms into a spherical wedding venue nestled in the hillside.

Where Ideas Begin is not a documentation of design. It is a witnessing of the creative act itself—how the world speaks, and how architects who listen can translate its poetry into form.
